The Regina Police Service reports 12 year-old Kyler PONACE, who was the subject of an earlier news release, has been located, safe and sound.

The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.

The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 12 year-old youth.  The Regina Police Service aims to respectfully identify this youth by using descriptors and pronouns preferred by the individual.  In this instance, this missing child presents and self-identifies as male.

Twelve year-old Kyler PONACE was last seen in the 300 block of Angus St at approximately 8:15 pm on May 29, 2019. PONACE is described as Indigenous, 5’6” tall, 90lbs, with dark brown hair half head shaved.  PONACE was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with colored roses on it and grey sweatpants.

There is no reason to believe PONACE has come to harm, however he is vulnerable because of his age and police need to locate him to ensure that he is safe.
